What's Covered:

Normal Wear and Tear

Under normal circumstances, our high-end Italian paint, Renner, and other top-tier products like Emerald from Sherwin Williams or Advance from Benjamin Moore, are designed to withstand this wear and tear. If, however, the paint begins to peel, chip, or fail in any other way under typical conditions, our warranty has you covered.

What's Not Covered:

Unusual or Excessive Damage

While our paint is of exceptional quality, it's not invincible. Actions that fall outside of normal wear and tear, such as hitting your cabinet with a cast iron pan or other harsh impacts, are beyond the scope of our warranty. These actions can cause any paint to fail, regardless of its quality.

Other Exclusions

• Damage from natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

• Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than a Heritage Hues Co. professional.

• Paint failure due to underlying issues such as water damage, structural defects, or improper preparation prior to our service.
